What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of using your breath to influence how you feel, function, and respond to life. Everything begins with the breath. It shapes your energy, nervous system, focus, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Transformational breathwork uses active breathing to temporarily stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, opening the door to altered states of awareness and helping release stored tension and unresolved emotions held in the body.

Functional breathing uses simple, evidence-based techniques to improve oxygen efficiency, fitness, stress tolerance, and sleep, giving you a practical tool you can use anytime, anywhere.

Transformational Breathwork Journeys

Transformational Breathwork Journeys are guided experiences that use conscious connected breathing, music, and carefully crafted cues to help you move beyond the thinking mind and into deeper self-awareness.

These journeys can activate emotion, insight, and stored energy in the body, creating space for release, clarity, and lasting inner change.

I offer both original Breath Guides journeys and immersive 9D Breathwork journeys, each designed to support healing, nervous system reset, emotional processing, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Natalie is a certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor whose work blends lived experience with practical, evidence-based breathing methods. After navigating social anxiety and high-pressure leadership environments, she explored how breathing patterns affect stress, emotional regulation, and performance.

Her training, personal practice, and the Oxygen Advantage method shaped a grounded approach that supports lasting change.

Natalie works with individuals, leaders, athletes, and high-performing professionals through in-person and online sessions, private 1:1 coaching, groups, and a six-week program to improve resilience, confidence, recovery, focus, and nervous system regulation.
