How do I know how you might be feeling? I’ve lived it… Before immersing myself in the wellness space, I spent years in the corporate world, particularly in business development, sales, and marketing within the orthodontic industry.
That chapter taught me resilience, adaptability, and how deeply people long to feel seen, supported, and understood. But now, as a mum with a 21-year-old son who is preparing to travel and explore the world on his own, I’m learning a new kind of resilience.
The resilience of letting go. The underlying ache of watching your child step into his independence, while you navigate who you are beyond being the daily anchor in his life. This personal transition has reshaped how I show up in my work. I understand the emotional pull between pride and fear, the identity shifts that come with motherhood changing shape, and the deep need for inner stability during life’s transitions.
I bring all of this into my coaching. I know the pressure of demanding environments and the weight of responsibility. I also understand the tenderness of stepping into a new season of life and one where your child is ready to fly, and where you’re learning how to reawaken and expand your own wings too. This blend of corporate experience, personal evolution, and holistic training allows me to support women not just with practical tools, but with the emotional depth and lived understanding needed to navigate change with strength, calm, and self-trust.

At Breath Guides, you’re held by a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Mind-Body Coach, (Cert IV) with the Life Coaching Academy and Yoga Sports Coach with over two decades of experience in yoga practices. My coach training is aligned with ICF competencies and I’m in the process of obtaining my credential. My approach combines nervous system regulation, trauma-informed breathwork, movement, and subconscious reprogramming to create deep, lasting transformation.
Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or feeling stuck in survival mode, I guide you safely through a process that reconnects you to your body, breath, and inner power. With a unique blend of science-backed tools and intuitive care, I tailor each journey to meet you where you are. This is more than breathwork — it’s a holistic path back to clarity, calm, and connection. You are not alone.
