Oxygen Advantantge - Advanced Instructor
My work is shaped by my own professional journey. After years in high-pressure corporate environments, I experienced social anxiety and a strong fear of speaking in group and leadership settings. This led me to explore how breathing patterns influence stress tolerance, emotional regulation, and nervous system responses — both in everyday situations and in performance-critical environments.
My understanding of breathing deepened through personal training with a mentor, where I experienced structured breath-led practices that created significant shifts in anxiety levels, emotional stability, and self-awareness. These experiences expanded my appreciation of the relationship between breath, mind, and body.
Discovering the Oxygen Advantage approach took this work to another level, providing clear, physiology-based frameworks that refined how I teach, coach, and support others. I now integrate these methods across my sessions as part of an evidence-informed and practical approach to sustainable change.
